- Must be resident in the borough of Weymouth & Portland and have been born in the borough, or have resided there for the last ten consecutive years.
- Must be in a position to need financial support

- Residents have to comply with the Trustees Regulations at all times to be able to be residents of the trust. Please read these before applying.
- The trustees do not allow pets in our properties.
- Our accommodation is not suitable for families.
- Those occupying our premises must pay their maintenance contribution in a timely manner.
- Residents must be able to look after themselves on a day to day basis and be mobile.
